Book Trade Customer Return Policy

It is not necessary to ask permission to return books. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or the original invoice information. Books returned without invoice information will be credited at the maximum allowable discount. Upon receipt of books in salable condition, a credit memo will be issued. For additional information, please contact customer_service@nap.edu

Claims of short shipments, damaged copies, incorrect titles, or nonreceipt of publications should be made within 60 days from the date of invoice and sent to our Customer Service Department.
